In a state defined by both beauty and ambition, a new standard of golf is emerging. The Eagle Course at Wohali invites you to experience the game as it was meant to be played: pure, uninterrupted, and uncompromised, set within a secluded mountain valley unlike anywhere else in Utah.
Completed in 2024, this private, championship-caliber par-72 course is routed through dramatic terrain framed by rugged ridgelines and sweeping views toward Lewis Peak. Bold elevation changes and strategic shot values create a course that is both exacting and rewarding, striking a refined balance between challenge and playability.
Measuring 7,566 yards from the back tees, the course carries a USGA rating of 75.6 with a slope of 151, placing it among the most demanding layouts in the region. Lush bluegrass fairways contrast naturally with fescue roughs and native mountain grasses, reinforcing both playability and a strong sense of place.
Each round begins at The Manor, a world-class practice lodge offering a full warm-up experience, including a driving range, chipping course, and putting green, setting the tone for a day defined by focus, preparation, and excellence.
The Chapter 11 Trustee is offering a rare opportunity to secure one of just one hundred and fifty (150) 2026 Golf Discovery Memberships, each priced at $15,000. This Discovery Membership provides unlimited play on the Eagle Course throughout the 2026 season (June 1–September 30).
With a strictly limited membership offering, members will enjoy excellent course availability and consistently strong playing conditions, creating an uncrowded, relaxed golf experience focused on the purity of the game.
Discovery Membership privileges include full access to the golf course (with carts) as well as use of The Manor practice facilities, surrounding practice course, and putting greens. Food and beverage service may be available on weekends, holidays, and during special events, with limited service offered during the week. Traditional privateclub amenities and full-service programming will not be available during the season.
Course attendants will be on property to assist as needed, though staffing levels will remain limited. As the broader project continues to progress, construction activity may be visible in nearby areas, and parking will be accommodated in a graveled lot.
Members may host guests for an additional fee when accompanied.
The Wohali Championship Golf Course is currently under the oversight of a Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Trustee. Although the Trustee is moving towards a court-supervised sale process, he is committed to reopening the course for the 2026 season.
The 2026 Golf Discovery Membership Program will provide the necessary funding to support course operations while preserving the high playing standards associated with Wohali.
To move forward, all 150 Golf Discovery Memberships must be sold and fully paid for by April 15, 2026. If this requirement is not met and alternative funding to cover operating expenses for the full golfing season is unavailable, all collected membership fees will be fully refunded by April 30, 2026, subject to any court approvals.
The collected membership fees will be held in a segregated, court-supervised account under the Trustee’s exclusive control and will not be subject to claims related to the Wohali Land Estates bankruptcy proceedings.
A court-supervised sale process within Chapter 11 bankruptcy provides a structured and transparent path for the project to move forward while preserving value and protecting all stakeholders. By operating under the oversight of the Bankruptcy Court and a court-appointed Trustee, the process ensures that any transition of ownership is conducted responsibly, with clear rules governing the use of funds, assumption of contracts, and continuity of operations. This framework ultimately allows for the project, including the golf course, to be repositioned for long-term stability under a well-capitalized new owner.
Importantly, the sale process is designed to safeguard the interests of Golf Discovery Members and other stakeholders. Membership agreements are structured to be assumed and assigned to a purchaser as part of any approved transaction, ensuring that member rights and obligations continue uninterrupted. Funds collected are held in segregated, court-supervised accounts, protecting them from third-party claims and ensuring they are used solely for course operations or refunded in accordance with disclosed terms.
This balanced approach enables forward momentum for the project while providing members, creditors, and the broader community with confidence that their interests are being carefully managed throughout the restructuring and sale process.
